A volunteering opportunity as drawmaster

We need a new Tuesday night drawmaster, starting in September.  Norm Rappaport is stepping down after over 10 years.  Thank-you very much Norm for your work with our section as well as for supporting several other sections.

The new drawmaster should have an easier time since the club is installing a new online draw scheduling system.  It's one that is in use at many curling clubs across Canada and has an easier interface.  Matt our new manager is in the process of having it customized for a few of our peculiarities.

You would be working with the support of me, Thursday drawmaster Peter Tyson, Matt and office staff.  We'll ease you in since Norm will be handling this year's registration.  You would start with the pre-completed roster and build the schedule using the new online system.   Also this year, you’d also have lots of time to learn new tools due to LCC late opening.
