AGM Lunch April 16 - REMINDERS and Last Chance to Register!
Greetings Fellow Day Women Curlers
For those of you who have already registered, here are a few reminders:
1. Beverages will be on a cash only basis. Please bring cash: small bills are gratefully preferred. Wine/beer tickets will be $10 and non alcoholic beverages will be $5.
2. Parking is street parking only. Click here to see is a map of your choices for nearby parking. You are not allowed to park in the club parking lot or the school parking lot across the street!
3. Gathering begins at 11:30 for socializing and visiting our generous sponsors. Please take the time to speak with them. They are why our ticket price for lunch is much reduced from actual costs.
5. Lunch and short talks begin at 12:30, followed by awards and finally the short Annual General Meeting.
For those of you who would still like to register, you have until Friday - April 10 to do so. Here's how:
1. Send an email to [email protected]. Indicate your food choice of salmon, chicken or green curry. Advise of any allergies.
2. Send payment to: [email protected]. Indicate in the notes section AGM.
