LEASIDE DAY LADIES GOLF DAY, Monday, June 1, 2026
Hello ladies,
Our Golf Day is fast approaching! We still have some space for 2-6 more players; thus, if you have a friend who would like to join us, please extend an invite and let me know ([email protected]).
Location: Uplands Golf Course, 46 Uplands Avenue, Thornhill (905-763-7373)
For those already registered, here are the instructions for the day:
TIME: 8:30 a.m. – Registration
Sign in, check the cart list and place your bag on your assigned cart
Collect your Loot Bag and have those loonies and toonies available to purchase a mulligan ribbon, 50/50 draw and enter the putting contest (to be done prior to start time)
9:15 a.m. – Step Aside Scramble Format to be explained – handout available on each cart.
9:30 a.m. – Shotgun Start - you will be escorted to your golf hole.
12:30 p.m. (approx.) – Lunch Buffet and Prize Presentation
FORMAT/RULES: The game will be a Step Aside Scramble format today, as previously explained. The mulligan ribbon that you purchased may be used only ONCE at any time.
CONTESTS: 50/50 Draw
Putting – (before start time, time permitting or before lunch)
Closest to LINE on HOLE 5
Closest to the PIN on HOLE 6
Longest drive on HOLE 9
Water Ball on HOLE 2 (draw name from all entries!)
1st, 2nd, 3rd – lowest team scores
SCORECARD - Please sign and return to the pro shop immediately after your game.
