Hello Weekend Mixed Section,
Here are the details on the End of Season Playoffs and Celebration on Saturday, April 18.
For teams who have reached the finals for your flights:
Congratulations!
Please arrive at the club, dressed and ready to go onto the ice between 2:00 and 2:15pm. There will be announcements regarding the team line-ups to go onto the ice.
For people attending the Celebration:
Our theme this year will be I AM CANADIAN. Show us your Canadian style!
When you arrive at the club, please check in at the registration desk and pick up your Party ID. Please ensure you wear this for the duration of the day and evening.
If you had requested a special meal (Dairy Free, Vegetarian, Gluten Free), you will be given a card to present to the Chef to receive a specially prepared meal once food service begins. Please do this by no later than 6:15pm.
Schedule of Events on Saturday, April 18:
| 2:30 pm | Bar is open for early celebrations! |
| 2:45 pm | Teams to line up to be escorted onto the ice. |
| 2:50 pm | Teams piped onto their ice sheets by our very own Ian MacLellan. |
| 3:00 pm | Games begin. Tile games for spectators, run by Patrick Kniss (bring lots of $$). We will have snacks for the spectators during the Finals. |
| 5:00 pm | Games finish. |
| 5:45 pm | Announcements, Awards, AGM (15 mins) and Draw Prizes. |
| 6:30 pm | Party starts for people with a party ID. Cocktails and food are served. There will be a variety of hot food and sweets during the party. |
| 7:30 pm | Let the games begin! |
| 12:30 am | Last call. |
| 1:00 am | Last dance! |

If you plan to attend, please arrange transportation. Do not drink and drive!
